Default Chapter 13 and Moving to New State

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: CA

I am 2 years into a Ch 13 bankruptcy case in CA and my company has openings out of state and abroad, which I am considering. I am current on all payments. What would happen to my bankruptcy case?

Generally, in a Chapter 13 the debtor can move or change jobs without restriction. You would need to continue to make payments as you have been.

However, you might want to run it by your bankruptcy attorney or the trustee particularly since you noted possibly moving abroad.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
