Default 2nd Offense of Marijuana Possession

I was first charged with possession at the age of 16 and took a little drug class which removed it from my record. i was just caught for possession again and im 18 now.

what is most likely going to happen? and will it help me if i stay clean until the court date (2 months from now) and show drug tests to the judge? will he even let me show it to him?

If you need drug treatment, enter into a treatment program with periodic random testing, and your counselor can communicate with your lawyer or probation officer.

Laws are different in each state. You ignored the instruction to identify your state, and deleted the prompt that reminds you to identify your state. (Any reason for that lapse of attention? )
