Default Sued by a credit card company
My mom recently got served she is being sued by a past credit card co. She is on permant dissability & recieves social security about 600.00$ a month. she lives with me and most of her checks pay for her meds. she cant work and has no money to pay these people. should she answer these questions they served her with? should she appear in court? shoul she ignore the whole thing? What action should she take?

She should show up to the court date and take the public defender. If she ignores the court date they automaticaly win and they can get the judgement against her and they would take the money directly out of her checks.
