Exhibition of Speed

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California

Recently I was cited for doing a doughnut in an industrial area. As i was leaving i was pulled over by two cops, they carded me, made me step out of the car, searched me, put me in the back of the car and stated that he was going to impound my car. The cop then asked if i had a cell phone. i answered yes but it was still in my car. He left, opened my door, searched for my phone, read my texts, and called a friend that he believed to see in the area at the same time. (Which was true.) He then told me to get a hold of my parents in one minute or he would impound my car. After several minutes of endless phone calls the cop let me go home. He cited me for no front license plate, driving too fast for the conditions,(which makes no sense, the weather was fine), violating the provisional license since i had a friend in the car, and exhibition of speed.
I dont have my ticket on me so i cant state the citation codes.

I dont know what to do :/ help.

Wow... it seems like that cop may have been overstepping his boundries a bit. Did you give him permission to search your car? Did you give him permission to search your cell phone?? Hhmmm.

You were in an industrial area... what does that mean? Were you on a street or in a parking lot?

Now... stop being as braindead as you were when you were doing donuts... get the ticket and provide some details. No one here can help you if you don't know exactly what you have been charged with.
