Even without searching through FL law as of yet, I would say YES. Any health professional who has knowledge of sexual assault on a minor is mandated by law to report it.
If she was at the age of NON consent, and had sex, it matters not, and she was criminally assaulted by the male, even if a willing participant.
I did find this law, but it only deals with a select groups neglect and abuse, not a boyfriend/lover.

Of course, if it were a case of incest by a parent caregiver, etc., then the statute is triggered.
Yes, a physician in Florida would be required by statute to contact CPS and report the pregnancy of a 14 year old (which under any number of different possible sections, usually results in criminal charges against the daddy).
