Ending a Guardianship Over My Children

my moms had guardianship of my now, 7 yr old daughter for almost 2 yrs i willingly gave to her! However, i cant get her back!! can she also say i cant even see, or talk to her on the phone??? cause she has for about 6-8 months now!! is that legal?? HELP w/ just some answers please!!

Did this go through the courts? Were child protective services involved?

I gave my parents guardianship of my son when I joined the military. When I got out and decided that I was going to move out of state, they flipped out and disappeared w/ him. I have been fighting to get him back for a year and a half, and really I have not gotten anywhere. Any suggestions?
