I was convicted of 242/243a.
I reviewed this with my attorney today, and we looked over all of my paperwork.
Does this help at all?
Is there any law on the books that deals with procedures or standards for getting cases dissmissed, specifically dealing with firearms right restoration?
Case law perhaps? I dunno... anything that can help me study up on this.
Even though im having an attorney handle everything, I'd like to do some research for me own peace of mind.
After all, no offense, the courts decision will determine my future, and perhaps the rest of my life.

But, per federal law, they need the court to specifically state in the order that your firearms rights have been restored.
