My question involves a condominium located in the State of: Utah

When you talk about the term "operating budget" ---are you talking about INCOME ... or are you specifically talking about what it costs you to operate: like the annual EXPENSES?

I just need that clarification, no matter how obvious my question may seem. Thanks...
