Question What Are My Rights As a Legal Guardian After a Divorce

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Nevada

My exhusband and I received legal guardianship of my grandson when the child was one [I have been with the child all but 3 months of his life]. Since the divorce 'he' has been very difficult and says that he has a piece of paper that gives him the right to say how I should raise my grandson and that he could take him anytime he wants. What rights do I have as the maternal grandmother and legal guardian? Can my exhusband [who is not blood related to the child] keep doing this?

He has whatever rights were granted to him by the court that issued the guardianship. If you wish to modify that order, you need to go back to court and ask for its modification.
