Default Workmans for depression - mental problems caused by employer
I have been with this mortgage company for abut 8months. Recently I have been under a lot of stress at work which has cause me to have time off from work due to depression and mental health problems due to the hostile enviroment at work. i AM CURRENTLY STAYING HOME FOR A WEEK UNTIL RE-EVALUATED Can I collect workmans comp until released from my doctor? what kind of law can protect me in Florida?

Default Workers' Compensation
You need to petition for workers' compensation benefits. If your claim is approved, you would receive benefits at a level consistent with your injury.
