This is very easy for you to say sitting behind a computer all day.

You come face to face with a AK 47 pointed at your head and will do one of the following

1) Piss yourself

2) Go crying back to momma

3) Not shoot fast enough.

You know I find this amazing. Here is a minor, probably NOT an American telling us how to run this country.

When you are old enough to vote and become a citizen maybe then you will understand how the real world works.

If an AK-47 was pointed at my head, it probably wouldn't belong to a law-abiding citizen, it would belong to somebody who obtained it illegally. Banning assault rifles doesn't stop people who obtain them illegally.

Just because I'm young doesn't mean I can't debate! There's no rule forbidding minors from this forum, so expect people like me. Don't ever make assumptions about me just because I'm young.

Nobody WANTS to get shot at, but if you don't EXPECT to get shot at, you should quit your job. Don't take away EVERYBODY'S assault rifles just because SOME people abuse them. That's not fair to the law-abiding citizens who follow procedures.

The part that I disagree with is the part where you say that you have to go thru it to understand it. I for one don't. I don't know how you do it...stay safe that is. There are so many needless guns out there and the gun spouting idiots out there who claim amendment rights are the idiots who I'm refering to. When the amendment was written, there was no specific mention of a UZI to debate on.

E X A C T L Y the laws need updating. What made sense a hundred or so years ago do not apply in todays world.

Sure I wear a bullet proof vest but that will not protect me from getting shot in the head.
