Will I Go to Jail

i got caught vandalizing a school bathroom and they are pressing charges on me. i already have a misdemeanor for the same thing. what should i do. do i go to jail?

I doubt you will go to jail. But it depends what you did and what you are charged with. Smashing the sink is worse then marking on the walls.They make you think you're going to jail then at the last minute offer you a plea deal that avoids jail and you gladly sign it - sometimes jail is better. Like the guy above me said you need an attorney, a private one.
