    Default Policy Limits

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: CA
Why would the other person (who is at fault) insurance company not release policy limits information to my lawyer. ???

    Default Re: Policy Limits

To be as difficult as possible about a settlement.

It's their job to make it hard.

You really should be discussing the situation only with your lawyer.
