Default Help with a Car Insurance Claim

I was driving my gf's car this past weekend (she wasn't in it) and some idiot t-boned me and destroyed it. It's borderline total or not. IMO it needs to be totaled.

Amyway, they assume 100% liability here and will pay.

My question is how much, if anything, would be a fair amount to compensate ME (seperate check from the $ for her car) for my "troubles?"

I was not injured and they know this.

If you have no injury and no economic loss, they probably won't offer you anything.
