Default Ok to Entry on B1 to Marry if Not Staying

Hello and thank you for this very helping site!

I am getting married in January on the east coast and I'm wondering if there might be any problem with the immigration if I travel there to visit and get married to an american citizen? I am on a b1 visa and I will come with no immidiate intention of staying in USA. I have a return flight back to Europe 2 weeks after and have strong connections and address back home.

I have been to america about 6 times, 5 times the last year and a half.

Thank you so much for your help / advice

    Andy.

If you are honest in relation to your intentions, there should not be a later problem. The question is less that you intend to marry in the U.S., than that you're entering on a non-immigrant visa and thus would be representing that you have no intention to try to seek permanent residency in relation to your entry on the B1.

If they find out about the marriage, they may be suspicious of your intentions; I would not volunteer that information (although I would answer honestly if asked), and I would keep that return ticket handy.

Thank you very mcuh for your help! Appreciate it!

Is it ok to use a non visa holder I94 immigration paper, that you get on the plane, instead of the visa one, even though my visa is valid?
