My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: New York
I've been getting a lot of calls from a collection agency despite the fact that I have a payment arrangement with the creditor they're calling about. I understand that under the law I can send them a letter telling them to stop calling. Problem is that I only know them by phone # - they have never sent me anything in the mail or email, so I have no idea where they are other than "Hollday UT" that shows up on my caller ID. Anyway, I've tried reverse lookups of the phone number with no success. Is there any other way I can trace them to find their address so I can send the letter? I'm getting dozens of calls per week. Thanks in advance.
Jaina
