    Post ESTA Application, Travel Authorization

Hello. In 2003 I was cought in California and scented to jail for about a week for overstaying my USA visa. I had to go to court in April 2004, got volunteraly deparature and left USA. (I overstayed my visa for less than 1 year) Now I would like to visit some friends in USA. My country doesn't need visas for USA visits anymore but I'm not sure what answers to put in the online ESTA application everyone coming to usa needs to fill in. Should I answer yes to the question B? Should I answer yes to F question since my visa were canceled at that time? The same also applies to my husband. But before they cought us in 2003 he was also arrested for DUI while on student visas. What should he fill in question B?
    Thank you for your help.

If you overstayed, even if your country participates in the visa waiver program, you should expect that you will need a visa.

When you file anything with U.S. immigration, you should answer all questions honestly.

the question B sounded a little tricky to me, that is why I was asking for help here. But I think I got it now. I should answer yes, right?
