Filling False Report Under the Influence of Prescription Drugs

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado I filed a false report , domestic violence because I was under the influence of several prescription drugs. My boyfriend is in jail awaiting trial. Will this be dismissed ? My mind was mentally altered because of the medication, I don't even remember what I wrote in the report. Please I need help he could be givin 6 months for this.
