How can a father get a paternity test

Hello,
My girlfriend got pregnant before I turned 18, then moved to Florida. She is now running around with other guys. I want to be involved in the child's life. I wanted to ask what she can do to prevent that. If she doesn't name me as the father, how can I insist on a paternity test without a legal battle? She is rich, I am not. Thanks.

It's more a matter of, what could she do to prevent that? If you file an paternity action which contains the required allegations of fact and is in proper form, the court will order a DNA test.
