Stuck with a dad that has no legal right over me!
well see i live with my step dad... no blood relation at all and no legal right for me to be there! how can i double check that and how can i move back with my real mom!

How did you come to be in your stepfather's custody?

Whi actually has custody of you? Was your dad ever in the picture? If so, did mom & dad have a court ordered custody/visitation schedule?
If there has NEVER been any type of court order concerning custody of you, your mother has custody and legally you should be living with her.
