In the state of Missouri what are the exact steps to getting emancipated at the age of 16?

Does the 16 year old have a job that is sufficient to pay rent, food, clothing, utilities, medical care, insurance, transportation, school fees and supplies, and all the other incidentals of life while simultaneously going to school and getting good grades?

I understand there is no formal laws for emancipation in NEW YORK STATE
I'll be turning 16 in a week and I have been fed up with my living situation for a long time. I do not get along with my father and my step-mother and feel that his rules are unfair.
