Credit Card Judgement - What next?
A judgement had been given about a month ago for my credit card debt. Now, one of my back account has been frozen. (There was just a little money in the account.)
When I contacted the collection attorney, he wants last 3 payslips to work out monthly payments. I don't have any payslips. So he says I must pay off in full. Here are my questions:
>> Can I talk to the credit card company for payment arrangement? Can they refuse monthly payments if I don't have payslips?
>> What would happen next? Will they take away any furniture, television, etc???
>>I want to pay monthly. What should I do? >> Do I appeal to court?
Thanks for any suggestions...
