Default Helping a 15-Year-Old Pregnant Runaway

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: texas

ive written the long story 2 times and it didnt save so now i give up and im just going to have to sum it up the best way i can.. grr
ok so my freind is pregnant and 15 and is listed as runaway and isnt a bad kid and it isnt her fault she left, its a long sad story and ill tell it to anyone who wants to know. my freind got pregnant after she left and is currently listed as a runaway. her parents rights were terminated and her gaurdian now is her half sisters dad who wants nothing to do with her. [its not her fault he was a real butt] no joke..like i said its a sad story.
what will happen to her if she goes to have her baby when shes due, and she uses fake papers?
will they find out her name doesnt exist or will they not look it up? the hospital she is planning to go to says they dont look at that stuff they just care for the patient..but shes worried. she doesnt want to get her baby taken away and taken to juvi for something thats not her fault, and left to deal with her butthead gaurdian who told her he "would mess her life up so bad she would regret being born" if she ever "ran away" again from her phsycodic aunt. even tho he was the real gaurdian.

can you please tell me what will happen?? she really needs answers, btw CPS never believed a thing she told them, they always believed her lieing butthead gaurdian who was only wanting to make her miserable jus bc her mother supposuvly "ruined his life"
so CPS is out of the question. her only help is god and she needs advice to keep her from worrying and getting depressed and scared.

like i said, its a long sad story.

fake papers? by what EXACTLY does this mean...
to tell her what will happen, we need to know the extent of how she plans on committing it. Fake ID? Fake Insurance cards? What?

Unhappy Rights for a 15 Year Old Pregnant Runaway

my question involves juvenile law in the state of: texas

my best friend is pregnant... im not sure how far along though.
anyways she ran away about 10-11 months ago..and i havnt heard from her in about 4 months or more...im not sure.
she ran away from this family "friend" she was staying with because her guardian didnt want her living with him. [unrelated]
shes getting close to having her baby but she wont be 16 untill after the baby is born..and if shes lucky..before.
idk whos shes staying with... but i think shes with another best friend or relative.
the father of the baby is 16 and im pretty sure that counts as statutory rape in texas.
also her parents have no rights to her.. they havnt for a long time.
ive heard from another friend that she is planning on using a fake id and papers at the hospital when she has her baby...but idk if that will work for her and i wanna let her know if i can what to do to avoid getting her baby taken away and her babies father getting arrested and all that stuff.
what can and what should she do??

The real advice is that the time for good advice is long past. In situations like this a person can only dig themselves deeper for so long, but eventually will face some of the downside consequences for their actions - even if those actions were necessary at the time. An excellent way for her to end up in jail and her baby with someone else is to commit fraud at the hospital. Healthcare fraud could also potentially endanger both her AND the child should their be complications because it puts the healthcare providers in the position of having lacking (or worse, fabricated or inaccurate) medical history available to guide their decisions. There ARE ways to handle many of the problems that have gotten her to this point, but running and planning to commit fraud are not among the ones that are going to give her a rosey outcome.

She needs to call the number you were given and start getting some help to CHANGE and FIX some of the situation, including legally getting the guardianship issue addressed. No one expects her to be able to do it by herself, but she's got to get things RIGHT because the avenues for her to continue to run are about to evaporate quickly now that there's a child on the way.
