Can you Get a Washington Deferral After a Deferral from Another State

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Washington

I recieved a traffic ticket here in Washington. And I was hoping to defer it. I have no prior tickets or violations in Washington, so it should be fine. However, when I was reviewing the requirements for deferral in Washington, it was saying that I could not have had a deferral within the last 7 years. And unfortunately, while living in Texas a few years back I did have another Deferral for a speeding ticket there.
Will my deferral from Texas affect my eligibility for a deferral here in Washington?

It probably doesn't show and even if it does I don't think it will count. Go to the DMV and pull your record.
