Default Does Dealer Have to Honor the Advertised Price
My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: kansas

i was on auto site that yahoo has and they had a suv 06 listed for 1495 at a certifed chevy dealer when i called about the price they had no idea what i was talking about and said they dont sell any for that price must be a internet typo and its proberly suppose to be 14995. well that typo stayed for abotu 10 days and when changed it end up being 8925. if i had came in wit a printed version of that ad would the dealer have to have sold me the vehicle at listed price

No, usually not for something like this where it was a written "honest mistake/error."
