My question involves guardianship in the State of: winnipeg manitoba, canada

i want to divorce my mother, i am having problems with her and my sister and i am afriad if i stay in thier household any longer i might hurt someone, i am fifteen years old, female and i want to know my legal options becuase if i don't leave now i dont know what will happen. please give me answers

Unless you are married to your mother - which is illegal pretty much everywhere anyway - you cannot divorce her. Divorce is the termination of a marriage, not of a guardian relationship.
