    Default Video Work

Hello I work for a company, doing viral videos, they keeps asking me to put in
movie, sound clips and music. I know that it is copywrighted and try to tell them. But they insist.

Will any repercussions come on to me since I am the one who has to rip. the video down to them.

    Default Re: Video Work

You're their employee, collecting a regular paycheck? Then as long as you're doing this from work, you're probably not going to be sued for the copyright violation. (It's possible but unlikely; they're going to be principally interested in your employer.)

But if you're an independent contractor, all bets are off. You're very likely to get sued if this is tracked down.
