Verbal Bullying By Boss

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Michigan.

Not sure where to post this so I thought I would try here. My employer has used very foul language in front of me and directly at me. He has called me "Fat a$$", "lard a$$', "lazy a$$", stupid, Retarded, moron, dumba$$, a$$hole and many others. I have told him many times that I do not appreciate him doing this yet it continues. I have no hard proof other then his word against mine. Is there something else I can do?

Your boss is being very unprofessional and, yes, a jerk. However, it is not illegal to be a jerk.

You have to put up with it or look for other employment.
