Default Receive or Not to Receive

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of:Oregon , Coos Bay I walked off the job due to my employers retailating against me. It was over a injury and workmans comp. issue, and they've done it more then once to me. Kept wages comming to me-this last one 1200.00 3-weeks pay. And cut my hours by 13-16 a week when returned and no one else cut, the person with 2 weeks there has alot more. I am the top girl and have been almost 3 years, for last 2 and 1/2 always same hours every week until now. I said not exceptable I will not let you vialate my civil rights I cant go through that again. Insurer was penalized and had to pay me and states on court document employers at fault.
