My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan. I ahve been on probation for 60 months for Uttering and Publishing. I along with another defendant was ordered to pay $31,000.

I have been unable to work for two extended periods during the past 60 months both due to medical reasons both with a Doctors note excusing me from work. I am employed and making payments and I have made payments when I have been able to work.

My probation is over now and I still owe $10,000 I have had no trouble or violations in the 60 months. During this time I have had to pay child support on two cases. Either of the support cases or the criminal case could have gotten me locked up if I did not pay. I have somehow managed not to get behind in those payments. What is likely to happen to me?

My wife left me and our daughter 6 months ago and honestly I am all the little girl has! Please offer any advice!
