Default Postal carrier on workman's comp
i went out on workmans comp 4 months ago.. ihad to use all my sick pay till workmans comp was approved. should i be getting reversed since it was found to be work related from the time injury was found.. who reimburses me for the sick leave pay when it should of been workmens comp pay

Default Sick Pay and FECA
You may be able to repay your "sick pay" for the period of time you were eligible for FECA benefits, so as to reclaim your sick time and maximize your workers' compensation benefits. You may wish to consult with your union rep.
