hi im a green card holder i was deported in 2004 after beeing found gulty of three accounts i spent 18 months in jail inthe us
now i have a Nolle prosequi .
do i still ha ve chance to keep my immigrant status a go back to the united state

u got deported because of your offense? and u are saying u are out of the u.s now.. any relative, wife parents family who are a u.s citizen. what type of visa you have?

yes i was deported because of my offense and i m in morocco now
my dad is an american citizen
he came back with me when i was deported
he died here in morocco
i still have his passport
i entered the us as a legal immigrant

You've already lost your immigrant status. You know better than we, what your period of ineligibility is, but based on what you've said so far there's no reason to believe that you'll be permitted entry before that time; and after that time you're merely eligible, not guaranteed admission.
