That's official enough. Michie's posts the laws of other states too, probably by hire or express copyright permission.

Go to the state website, look for the Legislature tab, then use the search feature to find the statutes section(s).

I am not able to find out information such as

* Who publishes this information (in other words who is Michie?)
* How often is the information updated
* etc

This resource is a great compilation of information, but is not that valuable if you have no idea where it's coming from.
