Default My Landlord Won't Stop Going Off on Me for Anything and Everything What Can I Do

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Kentucky

I have been at my residence for about 6 months now and signed a 12 month lease. This landlord owns the house which used to be a 3 family unit and turned into a 2 family. Actually most of the house is occupied by the landlord. Access to the basement with an alarm code was given so we could use the washer and dryer. I understand this is the persons house and they have an art studio down there. But one day while trying to do laundry this person had wet pottery on top of the washer. I was unable to access it without moving the pieces, which I did very carefully and did not actually touch the pieces. I touch what they were on. Next thing I know I had a knock on my door and the landlord ranting at me about how its a privalage to be using the washer and dryer and how dare I touch things down there. Then started to go off about other things. Landlord threw a halloween party and invited anyone and everyone. We joined as well as my boyfriends coworker. We did not invite the coworker, the landlord did. Happened the landlords cell phone came up missing, I was yelled at for that. I cleaned up the party the next day and happen to give what beer was in a neighbors big cooler in their small one so I could dump it. Well not aware this was my landlords and I was yelled at for just giving stuff away that was not for me to give away. I explained it was in thier cooler and it was their brand of beer but it made no difference. Every turn I am given some long drawn out lecture over everything or yelled. What are my rights? And what rights do my landlord have to do or say these things to me? I have read every part of the lease agreement and I really wish to move. I can't go a week without something being a problem. I understand this is the landlords home too but this landlord needs to understand its also a rental property.

I am so miserable here. I have to tip toe around my own apartment and yet I still get a talking to about something. But the funny part is my boyfriend lives here to and nothing ever gets said to him, plus the landlord always comes to me while he is not home. When he went down that night to finish the laundry, the landlord was in the basement and said nothing to him about me and acted like nothing happened. I feel my landlord has something against me.

So your landlord doesn't like it when you move or give away his stuff, and got unreasonable when somebody stole his cell phone? That may give you reason not to like your landlord, but it's not a violation of your lease.
