Cool Discover Suing Me for $4,700.00
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Alabama

Dear Forum,
Discover is suing me $4,700.00 in old debt. The court date is 11-17-08. I sent a settlement offer with a payment plan about three weeks ago without a reply. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you for your help.
