No help from Friends of the Court (Michigan)

I have been trying to get child support for 13 years now. My ex is 54,000.00 behind in support and the Friends of the Courts in Michigan treat me as if I am the problem. They won't talk to me or even notify me of anything that happens in my case. I have never once been able to speak with my case worker. I have mailed complaints and now one responds. Anyone having these problems or any advise that may help me get some where?

Why isn't your ex- paying? Does your ex- live in Michigan?

my mother has the same issue.. my father is out of state (indiana) and has never paid child support for my brother or myself.. I am now 22 years old and my brother is 20.. the friend of the court just did something with their database systems or something and has ben causing all sorts of problems.. but that still shouldnt be an excuse
