What happens if I leave my mom?

If I leave my mom what would happen to my child support. Could I get it or does it just stop?

You mean if you run away from home, or do you mean if you are successfully emancipated?

The support order currently in effect will remain in effect until it is either modified or terminated. If the circumstances change such that modification is appropriate, your father should petition the court for a modification of the support order.
