Default Mann Bracken in Mississippi
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Mississippi

Does anyone know if Mann Bracken who is a debt collector, can legally pursue credit card collections in Mississippi? I cannot deal with Chase Bank they will not respond to me or deal with me and have turned me over to this firm of debt collectors who are relentess. I have not been given any opportunity to pay this off without ruining my credit!!!!

any advice appreciated!!!
