Default Voluntary repo, not so voluntary afterall
I contacted the finance company regarding the lemon sold to me, 2000 SUV-shot transmission. Dealership charging $5000 for repair. I told them I will be voluntarily handing over the vehicle, after sitting, undrivable (and unpaid) for 2 months. In less then one week from my call, my truck was picked up from my home, involuntarily. That just seems really wrong.

Default Turning In the Vehicle
Why didn't you turn in the vehicle yourself after you called?
