Angry Motion to Advoid Judgment Lien

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: I took my contractor to court and won a judgment against him, he later filed chapter 13 and now is trying to get my judgment declared void. I am in north carolina I already sent a letter requesting a hearing, but I just received a letter stateing the hearing was cancelled. I am not sure why or what to do next.

You will need to contact the bankruptcy trustee to see what is happening. Likely your judgment will be discharged. I have several hanging on my wall. You win the battle but lose the war.
