Incorrect Address on Lease

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Missouri

Our landlords have gone a little crazy and we are not happy in out living situation, there are holes in the doors, we had to replace the dishwasher, and our front stair outside has concrete chunks missing, and they are wanting to raise the rent. Well when we signed the lease I noticed that the address was 801 and not 808 like out number is.

Could any of this be useful for breaking the lease?

It's a clerical error and, quite obviously, you know where you live and took occupancy. So don't expect anything to come of it.

If your lease term is up such that they're raising the rent, and you don't like the conditions of the rental or the proposed amount of rent, move.
