My question involves guardianship in the State of: Myself.
I'm 16 and would like to move in with my boyfriend who is in the Army, I live with my mother who is an very poor alcoholic. My Father who has custody of me has a wife who I cannot get along with. Is there any legal ways in which I can move out without having to get permission?
(More Info)
I'm currently 16 and live in the state of Florida. I live with my single-mother but she is an alcoholic. There is rarely food in my home and the basic needs in life are rarely there. I tried living with my father who has custody of me but I couldn't get along with him and his wife. I haven't ever really had anything to do with him. He is also against giving my mother any payment to help her with me, because his wife doesn't like me or my mom. I would like to move in with my 18 year old boyfriend who is in the Army. What legal ways can I move out without getting permission. My step mother would talk my dad out of it.
