My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida/Tennessee
The person stole a large enough amount of money from me to make the crime grand theft which is a felony, he is on probation for dealing in stolen property as well on a crime committed in FL however they are allowing him to transfer his parole to TN where he is from. Once they issue a warrant for him for the grand theft can they bring him back to FL from TN to face these charges?
