As to the other; yes, i went back and read where that came from. I took it, originally, that somewhere along the line, since I had stated this appeared to be a state case and not fed, he was possibly referring to me.
He just does not make sense. He stated his case is in fed court for reasons that would preclude one to file a case in fed court. What the jeck is that supposed to mean. He was prevented from filing in fed court, for whatever reason, yet his case is in fed court. He never mentions this being waived to fed court from a state filing so if he was prevented (precluded) from filing in fed court, how did it get there.
I'll just bet it's one of those activist judges I've heard so much about. Now they're cold calling cases!
