    Default Terroristic Threat Charges

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

I have received terroristic threat charges most likely against a public servant in the state of Texas.

It has not gone to court yet.

Is possible to have a pre-trial adversion on this if it is not thrown out.

I have never been convicted of anything.

I doubt that pretrial diversion is available for that charge. However, the availability of diversion programs can vary by county. So talk to your criminal defense lawyer about your options.
