Second Opinion
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Louisiana.
Does workers comp have the right to set up an appointment with another specialist for you? In spite of the fact, that you are currently seeing a specialist. Thanks in advance.

It's my understanding that they do.
You might want to talk to the folks over here about WC issues. They're mostly injured workers navigating the system, and they know a lot.
I'm not a lawyer, but I play a researcher on the internet!

Work comp companies have the right to send you to as many Doctors that they please. The only good thing to this is you get paid for your drive, and you have many doctors on your side, or not. Keep your head up, it will end someday.
