My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of:Miami, Florida

I was arrested at the age of 17, 6 months before I turned 18. I was charged with Aggravated Battery. The disposition was WH ADJ-PROB. I tryed to have my record expunged but I couldn't do to the type of charge I was charged with. This has been the only time I have had any problem with the law. Is there anyone with law knowledge that can help me out? I have no idea what to do, I'm going crazy. I'm even struggling to find a job with this type of record. Please is there any one out there that can help me???

WH ADJ-PROB (what does that stand for)

A lot of times if it's your 1st time being arrested you can get an acd or some type of diversion (basically if they stay out of trouble for a certain amount of time the case is dismissed) .

Have you tired speaking to a lawyer,maybe it's possible to seal your conviction?

Presumably it's "withheld adjudication, probation".
