Default Personal Injury to Hand, Arm and Shoulder

An extension ladder on display and Sams Club collapsed on my wrist and when jerking arm out damaged elbow and tore rotator cuff in shoulder. Injuries required surgery on hand, elbow and shoulder. I'm currently trying to settle with Sams insurer but don't feel confident that they are going to be fair. I have until April 17, 2006 before statue of limitations runs out. Should I continue to discuss with Sams or contact an attorney ?

    Default Settlement Offer

You may wish to discuss your case with a lawyer to see if the present offer is reasonable based upon your injuries, and such that you are ready to act if they continue to stall on a settlement.
