    Default Florida Condominium Conversion

My Apartment complex is going condo, there is about 350 apartments here and about 20 buildings, mostly everyone in my building got a conversion notice, saying there unit is going to be a condo, I got a letter saying that my unit was not being offered at this time. I have lived in my unit for over 7 years, I was outraged when I got this notice, especially when the other people in the building have not been here half as long. My question to you is there something wrong with this scenario, or am I getting shafted, for not even being offered a chance to buy the unit? I went into the office to find out and they did not know anything. I also went in there to have them fix my A/C and they have not done a thing about that either going on over 2 weeks, live in Bradenton, florida. I just do not think this is fair? thank you

    Default Apartment Going Condo

Is your apartment the only one in the complex that isn't (yet) being offered for purchase as a condo?

I think there is a very few others that are not being offered like maybe 5 or 10 other units. Just do not understand why, unless it is a bond issue? or some kind of discrimination? thank you

    Default Condo Conversion Issues

Perhaps you should ask them why they are not offering the condos for sale; or consult a local lawyer to investigate. So far, I have no sense of what their goals or motives may be.

I tried to ask them in the office, but they did not know, and pushed me over to the realitor who is handing the conversion and I tried to talk to the guy who is doing the project and he is always out or when I left a message he never called me back. I think it is more courtesy than anything else, because of the lenght of time that I have lived here? thank you.
