    Unhappy Dangerous Roommate

My question involves a roommate in the State of: minnesota...
ok this will be my last new thread for a while because i'm just trying to get small doses of helpful information so i can take one thing at a time...

my roommate has stalker like tendencies and he shows up at my jobs...both jobs in fact where at one job i have already been given an ultimatum that if he doesn't stop coming by-i could lose my job. however, i also am a new leasing at our building which also makes me a "non-resident" and an employee, and my roommate is considered a "resident". anyhow to get back a little on track-i know he has resident rights to go into the rental office to rent out movies, pick up parcels, and drop off rent. however, he runs his mouth in the rental office and has constantly been putting my job in danger-he's already had a mediation with the property manager, i know i can't change his behaviour.
Also, lastly, one night he got so wasted at another co-workers apt who also works at the building and lives on property...he was throwing things and grabbing my arms and pulling me, and was disrupting her neighbours-but no police were called. but because he already has these stalker like tendencies and leaves harassing voice mails when questioned about his out of control behaviour it makes me feel VERY unsafe living with him as well. i discussed this issue already with the property manager and told them that i was worried about my safety-anything i can do with that in possibly having him evicted for safety issues????

From what you say, you're not on the lease and have no obligation to stay in the apartment. So why don't you move?

Explore whether you might qualify for a protective order.
